Chair, Department of Bioengineering Distinguished Professor and Gerald McGinnis Chair in Bioengineering, Bioengineering Sanjeev G. Shroff teaches Dynamic Systems: Physiological Perspective in the Swanson School of Engineering. His research interests include contractile and regulatory proteins and whole heart function, vascular stiffness and cardiovascular function, and large-scale mathematical simulations of biological systems for research, education, and engineering design. He is also a professor of medicine senior investigator at Magee-Womens Research Institute and core faculty at the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine.
